CALSTOCK PARISH ARCHIVE FUTURE WORK |

Future Aims Work on cataloguing the documents is continuing, but there are still hundreds of photographs which need to be scanned on the computer. The archive is now open from 2.30-4.30 on Tuesdays However, it is clear that we need to be in premises which we can call our own, so that we do not have a mad scramble to put everything away in cupboards etc at the end of each session. We have made several, so far unsuccessful, efforts to find our own building. When we have a dedicated space of our own we shall be in a position to meet the current demands much more satisfactorily, and we shall attempt to expand interest in it to: a) reach the local adult population We are currently working hard on such a development If you think that you can help us in some way, please do get in touch with us |
